We like to show off the floral qualities of this varietal, which is why we ferment and finish in stainless steel to preserve the fruit’s fragrance. To create a little more weight and complexity, we blend in small amounts of Chardonnay. This wine presents the distinct varietal characters of Pinot Grigio., like lemon and pineapple. The wine has a crisp and supple attack, the mid palate is fresh and flowing with a lean but present body. The finish is clean and refined. Mineral notes in the palate lead the way to aroma of pear and fig. It’s an elegant and delicate wine.
