Pleasant summer fruits are beautifully balanced by crisp, natural acidity achieved by harvesting at a lower Brix. Minimal skin contact at pressing provides the delicate hue. To preserve the wine’s bright flavors and lifted aromatics, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks.
