How do you reserve an experience?
To ensure the safety of our guests and teams, we have limited the number of guests we can welcome each day.
Please note that we are only able to offer one flight per guest, per day. Dependent on your party size, we may be unable to seat your entire party at one table or may need to stagger your appointment times.
Your membership extends you four flights total per visit, and there is no limit to how many times you may visit annually – in fact, we’d love for you to join us every day!
Not a member yet? Join our Wine Family during your visit to enjoy all of the perks and benefits, including complimentary tastings and discounts on wine, dining, and merchandise right away! Benefits are extended to up to four guests total, per membership, per visit.

What are your COVID guidelines?
We can’t wait to host you soon! Learn more below about what you can expect during your visit and keep checking back, as this information will be updated often.
- We highly recommend that you make reservations in advance of your visit for wine tastings, dining, and pool access. There will be days all of our reservations become fully committed and walk-up experiences may be unavailable. The local dining and hospitality industry continues to be challenged with fewer available team members. To assure that you have a positive experience during your visit, we will adjust our available reservations as conditions permit. Our teams are standing by, ready to assist you with planning your day!
- The safety and health of our employees, customers and visitors remains our overriding priority. As COVID-19 continues to evolve, we are monitoring the situation closely and will periodically update guidelines based on current recommendations from the CDC, World Health Organization and Local and State Health Officials.
- All guests agree to follow all safety protocols and precautions required by the winery.

Can I take photographs onsite?
Thank you for choosing our property to take photos! Before you begin photographing on our property, please review the guidelines below:
In advance of each shoot, please send our Guest Services Team an email letting us know the date, number of guests, and time that you would like to shoot onsite. This will allow us to review our calendar to ensure we are open and that another event hasn’t been previously reserved. We will reply with confirmation. Emails can be sent to GuestServices@FrancisFordCoppolaWinery.com.
You may only be on property during business hours.
Please remain only in spaces that are open to guests. Please do not enter any spaces that are roped off or that are closed to guests. In addition, please do not impact other guests’ experience of the property, including blocking stairways, access, or driveways.
Be cautious of wildlife while on property.
If you need assistance during your visit, you are always welcome to reach out to our Hospitality teams by ascending the staircase to Rustic.
Please don’t include any signage or direct images of alcohol/winery, when photographing guests under the age of 21.
Please note, that by allowing you to photograph for your own purposes on our facility, Francis Ford Coppola Winery does not agree to accept any liability or loss arising from your use of the facilities.
We cannot invite wedding photography onsite at this time.

Does the winery accommodate pets?
Due to our various food preparation permits, we are unable to invite pets inside the winery gates (including our pool area), with the exception of service animals. If you are traveling with a pet, please know our parking lot does not have shade and on warm days your car will quickly get very hot.
What is your picnic policy?
Food and drinks are available for you at our two restaurants. We ask that you do not bring outside food or beverage to the winery park. We also offer poolside lunch service from our cafe. You may bring empty water bottles and fill them at our water station located at the Pool Cafe.
Do I need an appointment for a large group?
We are happy to welcome your large party or group to our property, by reservation. For all group sizes of 12 or more guests, please contact Guest Reception at (707) 857-1471 or GuestServices@FrancisFordCoppolaWinery.com to learn more about our available experiences and to reserve your visit with us. Please note that without a reservation, we may be unable to host your party.
Access to the pool experiences is available exclusively through Cabine reservations, available online only. To preserve the experience of the pool for all guests, your group or party may not have more than two Cabines reserved on any one day. Is there parking for limos and other large vehicles?
There is a bus bay located on the east perimeter of the parking lot for buses and limos. Your driver may drop you off in our designated loading and unloading area near the grand staircase before continuing forward and parking in the bus bay.
Can anyone eat at the Pool Cafe?
All of our winery guests are welcome to dine or get a drink at our Pool Cafe.
How do Cabines work?
We have a collection of Cabines (changing rooms), which can be reserved in advance. Cabine reservations include access to the pool for 4 guests as well as 4 lounge chairs for the entire day (during hours of operation). When all of the Cabines are booked, so are all of our lounge chairs. Guests who reserve Cabines are welcome to arrive at their convenience and begin their day with us at any time before 3pm.
Are inflatable toys allowed?
Your safety is our top priority. Because of that, water toys, flotation devices, and the like are not allowed in the pool. US Coast Guard approved lifejackets will be permitted. If you have questions about this, please see any of our certified lifeguards upon arrival.
Do I need to bring my own towel?
Your pool access includes the day use of an oversized towel so there is no need to bring your own. Extra towels are available for a nominal fee.
A lounge chair is empty – Can I use it?
Lounge chairs are included in Cabine reservations. Since guests who have reserved Cabines can show up at any time during the day, lounge chairs may appear vacant, when in fact they are already accounted for.
How does a Wine Family membership work?
Joining the Wine Family will allow you to receive unique shipments of wine from Francis Ford Coppola Winery, while enjoying member-only benefits! As new wines are created and released, you will receive the exclusive first bottlings in your shipments, which will be delivered right to your doorstep. The shipments are sent in spring (March), summer (June), fall (September), and winter (November). Each shipment contains either 4 or 6 bottles of handcrafted wines, depending on which membership you sign up for.
What is the difference between each membership level?
We have two amazing memberships for you to choose from to match your wine preferences and lifestyle.
The Amanti membership showcases the uniqueness of Sonoma County with our most coveted selections such as Archimedes, Eleanor, I Mille, Francis Coppola Reserve, Director’s Cut, and other exclusively allocated wines. Amanti members receive four shipments per year (March, June, September, and November) of six bottles each. Amanti shipments are priced at approximately $195-$265 per shipment (plus applicable tax and shipping).
The Amici membership is perfect if you enjoy friendly, approachable, everyday wines featuring specially curated selections that showcase our diverse portfolio. Amici members receive four shipments per year (March, June, September, and November) of four bottles each. Amici shipments are priced at approximately $95-$145 per shipment (plus applicable tax and shipping).
How do the charges work for Wine Family shipments?
There is no annual fee to be an active member! You will only be charged for the wine you receive in each shipment, with the membership discount. You may join the membership at any time throughout the year. Upon joining, the current shipment (spring, summer, fall, or winter) will be sent to you in order to activate your membership benefits. This way, you will not miss out on receiving the current releases!
After your initial shipment, you will receive the next quarterly shipment in March, June, September, or November, whichever comes next. Your card on file will be charged, and the shipment will be sent within the following two weeks for you to enjoy. The charge will be the retail value of your shipment, less your member discount, plus any applicable tax and shipping charges. Flat rate shipping charges for quarterly member shipments are $20 for residents in California and $25 for residents outside of California.
How will I be able to utilize my membership benefits online?
Upon joining the Wine Family, your benefits will begin right away! You will be able to purchase member-exclusive wines, receive the member discount on online purchases, and purchase tickets to member-exclusive events.
To login to your membership account, first go to the Sign In Page and enter your email address that you provided on your membership application. Next, click on Forgot Password, below the Login button. An email will be sent allowing you to reset your password. Once you are logged in, you will receive your member benefits and discounts online immediately.
By logging in to your account, you may also update your shipping address, contact address, and billing information. To change this information associated with your membership, scroll down to the bottom of your account profile page until you find the Club section. You must update your information within this section for it to apply to your membership.
I want to purchase a gift membership; how does that work?
A Wine Family gift membership is the perfect way to help a loved one celebrate a special occasion! With a gift membership, the gift recipient will receive all shipments and membership material, and the charge will be processed to your card. Your gift recipient may enjoy all of the benefits that come with being a member. We will also send them a membership packet, membership card, and gift notification shortly after you sign them up. You may choose the length of membership when you enroll them, or enroll them indefinitely. How will I be notified of my upcoming shipments?
You will receive a shipment notification via email prior to each quarterly shipment from Membership@FrancisFordCoppolaWinery.com. This email will let you know about important shipment information, including which wines will be featured, when to expect your card on file to be charged, when the package will be shipped, and how much the shipment will cost. You will then receive another email from DeliveryService@TheFamilyCoppola.com once your package has shipped with tracking numbers for your reference.
Why is a signature required for delivery?
A signature of someone 21 years of age or older is required by law for all deliveries that contain alcoholic beverages. For your ease and convenience, we encourage a business address for your shipment. If you are having challenges receiving your shipments, please call us so we may provide alternative solutions.
Will I be able to suspend my membership temporarily?
Although we will not want you to miss out on any of our great wines, you may skip one shipment per year with our suspension option. With this option, you may receive one less shipment while maintaining membership benefits. Please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Do members receive benefits at other local establishments?
There are some amazing hotels and services in Sonoma County, and we would like to share our favorites with you! As a member of the Wine Family, you will be eligible for discounted rates and exclusive packages at some of the most popular hotels and transportation services in the area.

How long is my commitment to the Wine Family?
We would love for you to stay in the Wine Family for many years to come, but understand if you need to close your membership. After you receive your first shipment, there is no further obligation. We do believe that you will not want to leave after enjoying the great benefits membership has to offer!
