Your tasting begins with a curated flight of four Coppola wines, accompanied by house-made Mediterranean-inspired dips that enhance and contrast a spectrum of flavors—bright, bold, savory and sweet. Each combination reveals something new, reminding us that wine is meant to be explored, shared and enjoyed.

Ever wondered what goes into crafting the perfect wine? Now’s your chance to get involved!

Join us for the Coppola WineLab—a fun and interactive experience hosted once a month, where you’ll have the opportunity to taste different versions of the same wine, each with its own unique twist. As you sip, you’ll provide feedback on what you enjoy most—whether it’s the type of oak used, the blend of vineyards or other subtle variations.  

Your preferences will help guide our winemakers in creating the final blend, making you an essential part of the winemaking process.

Whether you’re here for a tasting, dining at Rustic or just dropping by, the Coppola WineLab offers a delightful way to spend 15-20 minutes.

Available on selected days each month with no reservations needed, it’s a must-do for wine lovers.
