Just Add Cran to Coppola Diamond Prosecco

This summer, Coppola Diamond Prosecco has teamed up with Ocean Spray® to bring a new twist to the spritz. Enjoy bright bubbles and fresh cranberry juice in a spritz that’s as easy to make as it is delicious.

White Cran Strawberry Honey Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Ocean Spray® White Cran X Strawberry™ Juice Drink 
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice 
  • 0.5 oz honey (preferably thinned with a splash of warm water) 
  • 3 oz Coppola Diamond Collection Prosecco 
  • Fresh strawberries (garnish) 

Method:

  • Shake juice, lemon juice, and honey with ice 
  • Strain into a coupe or wine glass 
  • Top with Coppola Diamond Collection Prosecco 
  • Gently stir to combine 
  • Garnish with sliced or whole strawberries

Cranberry Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Ocean Spray® The Original Cranberry Juice Cocktail 
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice 
  • 0.5 oz honey (preferably thinned with a splash of warm water)

  • 2 oz peach nectar (or peach juice) 
  • 4 oz Coppola Diamond Prosecco 
  • 1 oz soda water 
  • Peach slice (garnish)

Method:

  • Fill a glass with ice 
  • Add White Cran X Peach™ Juice Drink + peach nectar 
  • Top with Coppola Diamond Prosecco 
  • Add soda water 
  • Gently stir
  • Garnish with peach slice

White Cran Peach Bellini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Ocean Spray® White Cran X Peach™ Juice Drink
  • 0.5 oz honey 
  • 4 oz Coppola Diamond Collection Prosecco 
  • 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice 
  • Peach slice (garnish)

Method:

  • Add White Cran X Peach™ Juice Drink + peach nectar 
  • Stir until honey is fully dissolved 
  • Add lemon juice for brightness 
  • Slowly top with Coppola Diamond Collection Prosecco 
  • Gently stir 
  • Garnish with peach slice
