Is there a fee to become a member?
There is no fee to join. You may join now and you will not be charged until your first shipment. All shipments are discounted at the member rates. After joining, you will receive a membership packet including your membership card in the mail.

How long is my commitment to the Wine Family?
After you receive your first shipment, there is no further obligation. However, we believe members won't want to leave after enjoying the great benefits!

How do the charges work for the shipments?
Shipments are scheduled throughout the year, according to the number of shipments you select. The credit card on the account is charged during the shipping month and shipments are sent the following week. The charge will be the retail value of your shipment, less your member discount, plus any applicable tax and shipping charges.

What is the difference between each membership level?
We allow you to select the membership that best fits your budget and lifestyle. The Amici membership features our Diamond, Rosso & Bianco, Votre Santé, Director's, Su Yuen and Sofia wines. Amici membership includes 4 shipments per year; each shipment contains 4 bottles.

The Amanti membership features our Francis Coppola Reserve and Director's Cut wines. Francis Coppola Reserve wines are exclusive to the winery and not available anywhere else.

 Director's Cut wines have limited availability outside of the winery. Amanti membership includes 4 shipments per year; each shipment contains 6 bottles.

Both membership types will occasionally feature special wine offerings and Archimedes, the winery's flagship wine.

Why is a signature required for delivery?
Federal law requires a signature of someone 21 or older for all deliveries that contain alcoholic beverages. We encourage using a business address for your shipments to ensure timely delivery.

I want to purchase a gift membership; how does that work?
Our wine club membership makes a great gift. We will send all shipments and membership materials to your gift recipient and your credit card will be charged for the shipments shortly before they are sent. Your gift recipient receives all of the benefits that come with being a member. We will also send them a membership packet, membership card, and gift notification shortly after you sign them up. You may choose the length of membership when you enroll them, or enroll them indefinitely and simply notify us in writing when you are ready for the membership to end.

Why do I have to give my email address?
We use your email address to notify you of upcoming shipments, contact you regarding your account, and send you invitations to exclusive events. We will never share or sell your email address. If you would like additional information on our privacy policy, please view it here.

Can I order more wine and merchandise between shipments?
Absolutely! You may enjoy your member discounts on wine and merchandise year-round! Simply visit our online store or call our Customer Service Team. Can I suspend my membership temporarily?
Yes, members may suspend one shipment. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Is Shipping Really Only $15?
Yes! This is a significant savings to you. Should your club shipment be returned for any reason, the fee to reship will be the full rate UPS charges Francis Ford Coppola Winery. This is a discounted rate, but it will be more than the initial club shipment charge of $15. If there has been some sort of error with delivery, we will be happy to rectify that for you.

How do I cancel my membership or change my account information?
The easiest way to make any changes to your membership is to call us at (877)590-3329. All cancellations and address changes must also be received in writing via email, fax or regular mail. All cancellations and changes must be received by the 1st day of the shipping month in order to be applied to the upcoming shipment. We do not require credit card changes in writing

Do Wine Family members receive pool benefits?
Yes, Wine Family Members may rent Cabines or purchase daily pool passes at a special price.

I am Will-Call member. How does that work?
When a new shipment is ready, you will be contacted via email. Due to space contstraints, we enforce a 30-day will-call pickup policy. Shipments that are not picked up within 30 days of email notification will automatically be shipped to the address we have on file. A $20.00 shipping fee will be added. If notified in advance, we can hold a shipment for a slightly extended period of time. Please make arrangements at (707)857-1436 or email

How do I receive my membership discount online?
Your membership savings begin now! To shop online with your membership discounts, visit and click on Login. Your Log in ID is your email address that you provided on your membership application. Click on Forgot Password? An email will be sent allowing you to set your password to your preference. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your junk mail folder or contact Customer Service ( for further assistance.

Do Wine Family members receive benefits at other local establishments?
We are extremely pleased to extend our Wine Family Members preferred rates and benefits at some of the most popular local hotels and transportation services. Please contact the Wine Family team at for details.

How do I access my online profile or change my membership information?
Visit and login using your email address you provided on your membership application. If you do not know your password, click on Forgot Password? An email will be sent allowing you to set your password to your preference.            

From here, you may update your billing and shipping address, credit card information for your membership, and certain membership preferences.

Important: To change the shipping address and credit card associated with your membership, you must scroll down to the bottom of the Account Profile page until you find the Club section. You must update your information within this section for it to apply to your membership.

What happens with returned shipments?
Please know that there will be an additional shipping fee applied to any reshipments. This fee will be charged at the full rate UPS charges Francis Ford Coppola Winery. The fee per shipment is $15 for First Members, $20 for CA residents and $25 for Members from all other states.
If there has been some sort of error with delivery, we will be happy to rectify that for you.
