Join us for a truly celebratory evening dedicated to our Archimedes Pine Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon—wine defined by structure, depth, and a true sense of place. Each guest will take home a bottle of our Archimedes Pine Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon to enjoy later.
The Culinary Experience
Our multi-course dinner is intentionally crafted to mirror the wine’s exceptional qualities: seasonal, intentional, and deeply rooted in Sonoma County.
Each dish highlights the abundant late-autumn harvest, from roasted vegetables to slow-cooked local beef. Every ingredient is thoughtfully sourced from local farms and producers who share our deep respect for the land, ensuring that the entire menu is designed to flawlessly complement and elevate the nuances of this remarkable Cabernet.

I accept the terms & guidelines for the day of pool use in accordance with the safety measures in place and the details listed online. I also acknowledge that Francis Ford Coppola Winery reserves the right to cancel my reservation should I not abide by the terms listed, including the cancellation policy.
A minimum notice of 96 hours for cancelling all reservations is required. Reservations canceled less than 96 hours before the date of the scheduled reservation will be charged the full rate.
Cancellations must be made by email to guestservices@francisfordcoppolawinery.com. You will receive a cancellation confirmation within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email, please reach out to Guest Services at (707) 857-1471 to assist with your cancellation.
