Second Annual Archimedes Pine Mountain Release Dinner

Join us December 4 for the second annual Pine Mountain Dinner, an evening celebrating the release of our 2023 Pine Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon.

The evening begins with a welcome reception featuring Brut Cuvée and passed appetizers, followed by a seated tasting of library and current vintages of Archimedes and Pine Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Hosted by Winemaker Andrea Card and Vineyard Manager Mike Weinstock, the tasting offers a closer look at the wines, the vineyards, and the craftsmanship behind each vintage.

A thoughtfully prepared three-course dinner follows, showcasing the flavors of the late-autumn harvest. Featuring seasonal vegetables and locally sourced ingredients, each course is designed to complement the depth, structure, and character of these exceptional Cabernet Sauvignons.
