Diamond Collection Prosecco

Made entirely from the traditional Glera grape variety in the heart of Italy’s Prosecco DOC region, the wine is first whole-cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The second (Charmat) fermentation takes place in autoclaves using selected yeasts to create the wine’s natural bubbles, while ensuring preservation of its delicate aromatics.

The Prosecco DOC (Denominazione di Origine Controllata) encompasses select vineyards in Italy’s northeast Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia provinces, home to sparkling wines of exceptional freshness and finesse. Here, sun‑drenched hills, open landscapes and cooling breezes from both the Adriatic coast and the Eastern Alps create ideal growing conditions. Regulations ensure that Prosecco DOC wines conform to defined standards for vineyard origin, yields, permitted grape varieties and style expression.
