“The fruit for the Diamond Red Blend is selected based on flavor and tannin ripeness with a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot and other complementary red varieties. Once the wine is made, a portion of the blend is aged up to 12 months on French and American oak.”
