Cabine payment policy:
Payment is processed in advance, at the time of your Cabine reservation. If we are unable to process your payment, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Once you have completed your online reservation, you will receive confirmation emails for your reservation and payment. If you do not receive the emails, please reach out to Guest Services at GuestServices@FrancisFordCoppolaWinery.com for assistance.
Cabine cancellation request and refunds:
For all Cabine cancellations, we must receive written notice by email, a minimum of 96 hours in advance of your reservation. Reservations canceled less than 96 hours before the date of the scheduled reservation may be charged the full rate. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to GuestServices@FrancisFordCoppolaWinery.com. You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email, please reach out to Guest Services to assist with your cancellation.
Booking policy:
To preserve the experience of our pool for all guests, your group or party may not have more than two Cabines reserved on any one day. This includes Cabine reservations made under the same name or different names. We reserve the right to cancel Cabine reservations at any time.
Unexpected closures:
We know you are excited to spend the day with us and we are equally excited to host you!
In the event of rain or inclement weather, the pool will usually remain open. If you would like to inquire about cancelling your day due to inclement weather, please contact Guest Services. In addition, we will continue to evaluate the weather and communicate with you, should we need to cancel your reservation.
While we make every effort not to negatively impact your reservations, there may be unpredictable circumstances that necessitate that the pool or property closes for the safety or comfort of our guests. During these times, we will reach out to you with your options for a refund.
