Archimedes Pine Mountain Release Dinner
Friday, December 5th; 5:30 pm – 9:00pm.
Join us for a truly celebratory evening dedicated to our Archimedes Pine Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon—wine defined by structure, depth, and a true sense of place. Each guest will take home a bottle of our Archimedes Pine Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon to enjoy later.
The Culinary Experience
Our multi-course dinner is intentionally crafted to mirror the wine’s exceptional qualities: seasonal, intentional, and deeply rooted in Sonoma County.
Each dish highlights the abundant late-autumn harvest, from roasted vegetables to slow-cooked local beef. Every ingredient is thoughtfully sourced from local farms and producers who share our deep respect for the land, ensuring that the entire menu is designed to flawlessly complement and elevate the nuances of this remarkable Cabernet.

- Coastal Mushroom and Oak Grilled Onion Soup Crème fraiche, herb oil
- Cavatelli with Pork Sausage Ragu Parmesan fonduta, rosemary focaccia crumb
- Cabernet-Braised Stemple Creek Beef Shoulder (Main Course) Parsnip puree, warm spices, autumn greens
- Bittersweet Chocolate Tart (Dessert) Pomegranate, espresso, hazelnut, sea salt

Start your day with a complimentary members-only flight at the Main Floor Tasting Bar, featuring new releases and handpicked selections from our latest shipments. Then, head over to Rustic for lunch and more exclusive perks! We’ll spoil you and your guests with a delicious bite, perfectly paired with one of our favorite wines. Wine & Food Affair 2025
Join us for a delicious weekend adventure! We’re excited to participate in the 27th annual Wine & Food Affair on November 1-2, 2025 from 11am-4pm along Northern Sonoma County’s beautiful Wine Road.
We’ve crafted a special wine and food pairing just for this event – one of our favorite recipes paired with a wine that makes every bite sing. It’s the perfect excuse to spend a gorgeous fall weekend discovering new flavors while enjoying stunning vineyard views.
