Rosé Balsamic Vinegar Riserva is made with the juice from Ancellotta grapes and a ged in wood barrels. It is a bright and slightly sweet balsamic vinegar, perfect for salads, roast vegetables, fish or meat marinades, tartar, carpaccio, sushi, poached egg, fruit, and cocktails.
