Ingredients

• 5 oz. Coppola Diamond Prosecco
• 1 oz. Lemoncello
• 1/2 oz. Maple syrup
• Garnish with orange slice, cocktail cherry, and aromatic bitters

Directions

Add all ingredients to a collins glass. Top with ice. Dash bitters on top. Garnish with an orange slice and picked cherry.

The Apearitivo

Ingredients

• 4 oz. Coppola Diamond Prosecco
• 1/4 oz. Lime juice
• 1 oz. Pear liqueur
• Garnish with rosemary sprig and candied ginger

Directions

Add all ingredients to a double old fashioned or julep glass. Fill with crushed ice. Add garnish.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Coppola Diamond Prosecco
• 1 oz. Vodka
• 1/2 oz. Cynar
• 1/2 oz. Elderflower liqueur
• 1/2 oz. Grapefruit juice
• 1/4 oz. Lime juice
• Pinch of salt
• Garnish with grapefruit peel

Directions

Add all ingredients except Prosecco to shaking tins. Add ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe. Top with Prosecco and garnish.
